Refund policy


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.


 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in new and original condition, Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Must include proof of purchase. Sales receipt or Order number. (We cannot process returns without this.)

Once accepted, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All Shipping fees are non refundable.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 We are not responsible for any damages due to shipping. If the package is damaged during shipping, you must make a claim with the Carrier. We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, you must make a claim with the carrier


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, gift cards and personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.

Refunds
Once approved, you will automatically be refunded your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
