Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States but are working on expanding into other markets in the near future.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders process in 1-3 business days and usually arrive in 3-7 business days. Please note: These estimates are based off our average order times and some orders can take longer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept shop pay, google pay, pay pal, amazon and more. Shop pay installments are also available.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges. if you wish to exchange an item you will need to send the original item back for a refund and then purchase the item you want.
What is your return policy?
Here at OddMall, We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale or non-refundable are not eligible for returns.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Orders over $75 ship for free. Orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99
